Provisions on the Safety Management of Dangerous Goods at Ports

These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Ports Law of the People's Republic of China, the Work Safety Law, the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals and other relevant laws and administrative regulations, in order to strengthen the safety management of dangerous goods at ports, prevent and reduce dangerous goods accidents, safeguard people's lives and property, and protect the environment.
