Measures for the Public Security Administration of Explosive Precursor Hazardous Chemicals

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Counter-Terrorism Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals, the Regulations on Internal Security Protection of Enterprises and Institutions and other relevant laws and regulations, in order to strengthen the public security administration of explosive precursor hazardous chemicals, effectively prevent public security risks arising from such chemicals, and safeguard people's lives and property as well as public security.
