Administrative Measures for Hazardous Chemical Business Licenses (Order No. 55 of the State Administration of Work Safety)

The Administrative Measures for Hazardous Chemical Business Licenses were adopted at the executive meeting of the State Administration of Work Safety on May 21, 2012, are hereby promulgated, and shall come into force on September 1, 2012. The Administrative Measures for Hazardous Chemical Business Licenses promulgated by the former State Economic and Trade Commission on October 8, 2002 are repealed simultaneously.
