Shanghai Implementation Rules for Hazardous Chemical Business Licensing

In accordance with the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals (State Council Decree No. 591), the Administrative Measures for Hazardous Chemical Business Licenses (SAWS Order No. 55), the Shanghai Municipal Measures for the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals (Shanghai Municipal Government Order No. 44) and other relevant provisions, and in light of the practical needs of the city's reform of the work safety administrative approval system, the Municipal Work Safety Bureau has formulated the Implementation Rules for Hazardous Chemical Business Licensing. They are hereby issued to you for compliance and implementation.
